Our Return Policy
- Contact our customer care via our contact details within 24 hours after delivery.
- The item purchased must be in new and mint condition.
- All clothing items must not be previously WORN.
- Seals, tags, and all accessories should remain intact for all clothing items.
- For items in packaging boxes, manuals should be packaged before return.
How to Return
- Call the customer care line (+2347030468012) or send a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange retrieval.
- We will arrange retrieval from the same delivery location or advise you to drop off at our Courier Partner Hubs.
- Send to any of our Offices.
- Upon receipt of this item(s), we will conduct a proper quality check to confirm validity of the return.
- If valid, we shall credit you with a store voucher the cost of the item (excludes shipping fee) so you can use on www.leomonde.com for your next shopping.
- If you choose the option of Cash Refund, your account shall be credited within 72hrs.
- If invalid, we shall send the item back to you. Please, allow for 7-10 working days after retrieval for Lagos Orders and 10-14 working days for orders outside Lagos.
